VILLA Le Agavi

The annexe, measuring about 55 sq.m., has been built recently; it has a pretty porch with finished stone pillars and mounted characteristic sculptures and it is fitted out with a table, chairs, small armchairs and wooden deckchairs.

Surrounded by a lovely garden which is completely fenced and lit up, the annexe has a separate entrance with an automatic gate, a spacious large square paved with porphyry for the transit of vehicles and a masonry barbecue.

The small villa has a thermo-fireplace and kitchenette, 2 bedrooms with double beds, one of which with a large French door which allows the access to the porch and a bathroom with shower and window.
Ceilings have visible beams and flat terracotta tiles and the windows are all fitted with sliding mosquito nets.

Heating is supplied by both a gas boiler and a thermo-fireplace. Furthermore, on the roof, a solar panel for the hot water and satellite dish have been placed.
